As a Prerequisite, any tenant supplied by ATM, who takes possession of your property will supply you with a Renter's Insurance Policy with coverage of $100,000 for Property / Personal $20,000.  This eases the imagined anticipation of unwanted occurrences.

Once we’ve located a tenant match for the dwelling, A Tenant’s Market Consultant, will be responsible for scheduling the initial property viewing, as well as negotiating the voucher participant’s lease agreement, for you.​

2. Eviction Searches; verifies whether your applicants have had past evictions . 
3. Sex Offender Search 
4. Social Security trace; to prevents false information from being processed.
